Active Release Technique (A.R.T.)
A.R.T. is a soft tissue system that evaluates and treats the texture, tightness and movement of muscles, fascia, tendons, ligaments and nerves. Over 500 specific treatment protocols unique to ART allow providers to identify and correct the specific problems that are affecting each individual patient.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture treats health conditions by stimulating “acu-points” found at specific locations on the surface of the body. Acupuncturists stimulate the acu-points by inserting very thin needles through the skin to produce physiological effects. Other methods are also used to stimulate acu-points, such as heat or finger-pressure.
