Challenge your body with something different all the time…

Private or duo classes available for those seeking better fitness, athletic development, or injury rehabilitation.

TRX Suspension Training
Designed by Fitness Anywhere, the TRX single anchor point apparatus provides the ideal mix of support and mobility to train strength, endurance, coordination, flexibility, power and core stability all at once and across a wide range of resistance. Movements using the TRX integrate strength and balance into a single dynamic format that taxes the nervous system at a high level and maximizes the benefits of body-weight exercise for faster results.

Pilates
Body Reform utilizes the contemporary approach to the original exercise method pioneered by the late Joseph Pilates. Utilizing state-of-the-art equipment, athletes and non-athletes alike are challenged. Pilates develops core strength, increased flexibility and balance throughout the entire body. As a result, clients can better withstand rigorous training regimes and ultimately improve their sport of choice while reducing chances of injury.

Kettlebells
Kettlebells look like small bowling balls with handles. They allow you to gain strength, cardiovascular endurance, and functional core stability in one workout. Kettlebell swings are one of the most effective exercises to develop the important posterior chain muscles of the body such as the hamstrings, glutes, core and back.

3. Acupuncture
Acupuncture treats health conditions by stimulating “acu-points” found at specific locations on the surface of the body. Acupuncturists stimulate the acu-points by inserting very thin needles through the skin to produce physiological effects. Other methods are also used to stimulate acu-points, such as heat or finger-pressure.

4. Super-Sessions
Want a more fluid and resilient body? This is the fastest way to get there. Combining the Bowstring Method® and Core Reform will rapidy improve your body’s strength, length and malleability. You’ll see transformative changes super fast with the Super Session. Offered in one hour or two hour formats.

5. Active Release Therapy
A.R.T. is a soft tissue system that evaluates and treats the texture, tightness and movement of muscles, fascia, tendons, ligaments and nerves. Over 500 specific treatment protocols unique to A.R.T. allow providers to identify and correct the specific problems that are affecting each individual patient.

6. Pilates for rehab, fitness, and athletic training
Body Reform utilizes the contemporary approach to the original exercise method pioneered by the late Joseph Pilates. Modern principles of exercise science and spinal rehabilitation make this form of Pilates one of the safest and most effective programs to build core strength, stability, and balance. As the trunk is properly stabilized, pressure on the back is relieved and the body is able to move freely and efficiently.

7. Chiropractic
Because of its effectiveness in treating back problems, headaches, and other injuries and traumas, chiropractic has become the second largest primary health care field in the world.

8. Postural Correction & Gait Training
Clients are taught proper posture and walking techniques that reduce fatigue and stress on the joints and muscles, creating a healthier body and a relaxed, attractive, and more confident appearance.

9. Actor-Oriented Body Language Classes
Explore the wide range of gaits and postures to become a body language chameleon.

10. Movement Therapy
Improve how you move --- improve how you live!

Body Reform emphasizes the proactive approach to health by changing people’s poor postural habits and improper movement patterns -- often the underlying causes of orthopedic problems. Exercises to build strength, stability, agility, balance and flexibility are carefully selected for the individual and explained in a way that allows the principles to be applied to activities outside of the studio.
